Manufacturer Warranties and Mileage Rating
Most of the tires brands on the tires-easy website are covered by their manufacturer limited warranty. These limited warranties certify the workmanship and overall quality of the tire.
Sometimes the manufacturer also provides a treadlife warranty and mileage rating. Please be aware that not all tires hold a mileage warranty from the manufacturer. Different tire
models, even from the same manufacturer, may or may not come with a treadlife warranty.
Warranty Details
On the manufacturer website you will find detailed information regarding their warranty programs. Please check the manufacturer website for warranty details, or contact the manufacturer's
customer service phone number (generally listed on their websites).
Using your Warranty to Replace Your Tire
Generally, tires are extremely well made, and it is unusual to encounter a manufacturer defect. If you think your tire is eligible for replacement under the manufacturer warranty, you can
take that tire to any dealer that carries your brand. If you need help, please call the toll free tires-easy customer service line: 1-877-357-8882.
The tires-easy Road Hazard Policy
A word of caution:
Most of the tire problems we see are not the result of defective manufacturing. Instead, tires damage is usually the result of an encounter with a road hazard. Common road hazards
include potholes, curbs, and sharp objects. Tire damage can also be the result of improper care by the owner. None of these are covered by the manufacturer warranty.
For this reason, tires-easy offers an inexpensive road hazard policy to our customers as an option for further security. Click tires-easy Road Hazard
Policy for more information.
