Delivery and Payment

This is a service brought to you by Delticom North America.

Delivery

Our prices do not include shipping. For shipping costs, just click on the Shipping button, listed after each tire.

You can choose between 3 delivery options:

  1. Your tires will be delivered directly to your billing address. You can then mount the tires yourself, or you can take the tires to be mounted by a service station of your choice.
  2. Your tires will be delivered to an alternate address. In this case, please specify the delivery address and the person authorized to receive the tires on your behalf.
  3. The tires are delivered directly to a Tire Installer near where you live. Please check "Please deliver the tires to an installation partner." in step 2 of the order process and choose a Tire Installer in your area in step 3.

In general we will deliver the tires to your doorstep within 7 working days. If your goods are not delivered within 7 days and you have not received a message from us, please send us an e-mail at tires@delti.com , or call us. Our contact information can be found on the "Contact us" page.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the transaction when you place your order. Please save a printed copy of your order confirmation for your records.

Out of Stock Merchandise

Please note that all delivery times are subject to stock availability. If we do not have your tires in stock we can generally get them and ship them the following day. You will be notified by e-mail if we do not have your tires in stock, and we will send you the date that we expect to ship your order.

Home Delivery and Order Tracking

We send tires with delivery services such as UPS. You will receive confirmation by e-mail when you place an order, and a second e-mail when your tires are shipped, with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivering outside the United States

To have tires delivered outside the United States, please send an e-mail to tires@delti.com. For large shipments (10 tires or more), we can arrange special shipping discounts.

Return shipping

We'll come and collect the tires, but customers will be charged for shipping (unless the product arrived damaged, in which case tires-easy will pay for shipping). Please see Returns and Refunds for details.

Payment

  • Payment can be made by credit card.
    We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.
    Enter your card number. We will debit your account after delivery.

    You may place your order over the Internet or by telephone.

    Returns

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days, as long as the product has not been used. The customer will be responsible for shipping unless the product arrived damaged, in which case tires-easy will pay for shipping. Please see Returns and Refunds for details.

    An exeption are studded tires - Studded tires orders may not be cancelled, nor may studded tires be returned for a refund. All studded tire sales are final.
